Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and offer a 30 day return policy on any unused items. Any returns or exchange must be first advised via email to info@shopactivesolutions.com. Please be sure to quote your Order Confirmation Number and contact details in all correspondence. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original form. If you have purchased our Active Solutions product(s) through another source, please contact them directly for returns and exchanges. We cannot process returns/exchanges if the order was not placed directly through the website.

Shipping Policy

We are currently only shipping within Ontario with a flat shipping rate of $5.00. A confirmation email will be sent once the order has been shipped.  We also offer contactless curbside pickup option at our checkout page. The pickup location is Ajax, ON. All orders placed will be shipped within 3 business days.
